UMU Libraries welcome local residents to register for a courtesy card that allows the patron to have access to our collections from the Main Library, Curriculum Resource Center, and the Sturgeon Music Library.
Borrowing privileges will be renewed on an annual basis as long as the patron remains in good standing, i.e. no overdue or billed items.
With a Community Borrower card, you may:
We encourage community patrons to use the resources available from their local public library for database access and interlibrary loan services. These are services contracted with outside entities which limit access to currently enrolled and employed UMU patrons.
Community borrowers will receive an email confirmation once their courtesy card account is active in the system.
UMU Libraries welcome local educators to register for an educator card that provides access to our collections from the Main Library, Curriculum Resource Center, and the Sturgeon Music Library.
The borrowing privileges for educators will expire at the end of the school year. If you are a teacher at a year round school, please indicate this on the registration form.
